I’m excited you’re here!
I'm Monique, a wife and a mother to an energetic toddler, I’m passionate about curating and pairing delicious charcuterie experiences.
Board in SLO originated from my love for crafting charcuterie boards for family and friends.
Be it a corporate gathering, a wedding, a baby shower, or a cozy night in with friends, my aim is to create lasting memories with my charcuterie cups or boards.

Charcuterie Bar + Cart Rental + Attendant
Ideal for 25 guests or more
$300 cart rental & service fee
$25 per person (bottomless charcuterie)
$20 per person (more than 100 guests)
$15 per person (1 cup per person)
$12 per person - 1 cup (more than 100 guests)
Up to 2 hours of service at the event with the option to add on more time.
1.5 hours in advance for assembly
45 min after service for disassembly
*Add on additional server at $25 an hour.
*Add on additional hour at $100 an hour.
*Additional costs for vegan, GF, vegetarian options
**$300 non-refundable deposit (goes towards cart rental) due at booking -
balance due 1-week before event.

Please note that all boards, boxes, cups do need to be kept in the fridge until 30-45 minutes prior to serving for food safety purposes!
